What we collect
The free quiz runs in your browser without storing your name or birth date. A gift order or request may record your name, birth date, birth time if provided, birth city if provided, email, recipient name, country or region, shipping address, phone or WhatsApp if provided, selected product, style boundary, current life context, intention, gift preferences or things to avoid, order status, and messages needed to respond or fulfill the order.
Secure card payment is processed through Stripe when available. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
A Wish Garden submission records the display name you choose, element, focus, intention, publication consent, moderation status, and resonance count. It does not require your email. If you choose to subscribe, your email is saved for Luna letters.
Why we use it
We use order details to respond to your request, confirm payment when applicable, prepare a personalized gift journey, ship the package, provide tracking, prevent abuse, and maintain essential records.
Public content and moderation
Intentions are never published automatically. They enter a private moderation queue. Approved intentions can be hidden later. Do not include contact details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in a wish.
Service providers
SiteGround processes website hosting, database, security, backup, and operational email data. Cloudflare processes DNS, security, and Turnstile anti-abuse signals. Stripe processes secure card payments when payment is enabled. Shipping carriers process delivery details needed to send packages. Google Analytics may collect usage measurements when configured.
Retention and your choices
We keep request and order records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, confirm payment, prepare and ship the gift, prevent abuse, manage disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of order information or an approved intention. Legal retention requirements may apply to completed transactions.
