Luna gift journeys are personalized physical gift packages with symbolic keepsakes, letters, cards, and reflection materials. They are offered for cultural inspiration, personal reflection, emotional meaning, and gift-giving.

Product photos show examples of possible styles and items. Your final gift may be different because each package is selected individually according to your quiz details, birth details, current season, recipient, intention, style boundary, anything you ask us to avoid, and available gift collection.

Payment, preparation, and shipping
When payment is enabled, the charge is created only after you submit your details and complete payment through Stripe. Personalized preparation begins after payment confirmation.
Luna does not rush a personalized gift. Most packages are prepared within 5-10 business days before shipping, although more personalized selections may take longer. Tracking is shared by email once available.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. International delivery times, customs review, import taxes, duties, or local carrier delays may vary by destination.
Cancellation and refund boundaries
You may request cancellation before personalized preparation begins. Once individualized preparation, gift sourcing, printing, or packing has started, payments are generally non-refundable because the package is created specifically for you. Damaged or lost shipments will be reviewed case by case using tracking and carrier evidence.
Community submissions
You must submit only content you have the right to share. Do not include harassment, threats, unlawful content, or another person's private information. We may approve, reject, hide, or remove submissions.
